Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) on business days typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order processing time (handling time)
Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time means the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment.
Estimated delivery time (transit time)
After your order ships, estimated transit time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
