Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and packaged for safe return.

Any included accessories (and any free gifts, if applicable) should be returned.
Non-returnable items
Unless required by law, the following are not eligible for return:

Reason for return (brief)
Photos are only required for damaged/defective items or if the wrong item was received.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs

If the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping (or provide a solution that does not require a return, depending on the situation).

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
